The Froebel Trust is working with the Centre for Research in Early Childhood (CREC) and five Froebelian early childhood settings in three countries to document the experiences of children aged 2 to 4 years during the extraordinary period brought about by the Covid19 pandemic.
Using the Froebelian Storytelling Approach as their methodology, the team will work collaboratively with one another, their colleagues and young children and their families in England, Scotland and New Zealand.
Project reports will be published online by the Froebel Trust in October 2020 and January 2021. Additional methods, such as webinars, will be used to share the learning from this important project, which foregrounds young children’s voices.
